Hijab row: Police take out peace march in city

Mangaluru, Feb 21, 2022: The police took out a peace march in the city on February 21, Monday  in order to instill confidence in the people in the wake of the Hijab-saffron shawl row that has rocked many educational institutions.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The peace march was led by City Police Commissioner N Shashi Kumar and DCP (Law and Order) Hariram Shanker.

About 300 police personnel took part in the march which also included CCB ad CCRB personnel.
