Haj pilgrims vaccinated in Mangalore

Mangalore, Aug 28, 2013: Haj pilgrims from the district were vaccinated at the Yenepoya Hospital in Mangalore on August 27, Tuesday under the aegis of the Karnataka State Haj Committee and the District Wakf Advisory Council.

The pilgrims would be leaving for Mecca and Madinah within the next few days.

They were administered the mandatory vaccine for meningitis and polio drops and then issued vaccination certificates. A checklist was also given to them.

HS Usman Haji, District Wakf Advisory Council President,Yenepoya Mohammad Kunhi and others were present.
