Guru Beladingalu Foundation renovates house of cooker bomb blast victim

Mangaluru, Mar 20, 2023: The old house of autorickshaw driver Purushotham Poojary who was injured in the cooker bomb explosion in his vehicle last November, has been renovated, thanks to Guru Beladingalu Foundation.

The house has been renovated at a cost of Rs 6 lakhs as per the promise  of the Foundation and will be handed over to Poojary on March 22.

As Poojary’s daughter’s marriage was scheduled to be held in May, he had expressed his inability to renovate the house due to his financial condition that had further deteriorated after he suffered serious injuries in the explosion.

 Guru Beladingalu Foundation Chairman and Treasurer of Kudroli Gokarnanatha Shrine Padmaraj R Karkera who had visited the house of Poojary had promised to get the house renovated and the work had begun the very next day.

The house will be handed over to the family of Purushotham Poojary on the day of Ugadi on March 22.
