Gold worth Rs 40 lakh seized from passenger at MIA

Mangaluru, May 08, 2024: Customs officials at the Mangaluru International Airport have seized 578 grams of 24 carat gold worth Rs 40,40,220 from a passenger who arrived at the airport by a flight from Dubai on May 5.

 

The detained passenger hailed from Mogral Puttur in Kasargod.
