Ganesh K. Shenoy wins Literary Global Book Award for Art Nonfiction

Mangaluru, December 26, 2025: Author and artist Ganesh K. Shenoy has won the 2025 Literary Global Book Award in the Nonfiction – Art category for his book Kinetic Pointillism: An Emerging Art Movement. The eBook, self-published via Draft2Digital, is available on platforms such as Apple Books, Barnes & Noble, Rakuten Kobo, Smashwords, Thalia, and Vivlio.

The book previously earned recognition in the Golden Book of World Records in 2023 under the “First” category. It explores kinetic pointillism, an evolving art movement founded by legendary artist Robert Ottesen, which has grown in popularity across age groups.

Originally from Mangalore and based in Qatar since 2007, Shenoy is also the award-winning author of Seginus, The Eternal Time Traveller and Shadows of Desire & 152 Drabbles. A multiple world and national record holder in art, he blends Theosophy and mysticism into his creative work and currently works as HR Head at Teyseer Services Company in Qatar.
