Foundation stone laid for Land Trades “Pristine” at Chilimbi

Mangaluru, July 05, 2023: “Pristine” a 37-storied residential cum commercial project by Land Trades, the premier real estate firm of the region, was launched on July 5, Wednesday with the holding of the foundation stone laying ceremony. The project is coming up at Chilimbi.

 

 

A J Shetty, Founder and Chairman of A J Group and Laxmi Memorial Education Trust, unveiled the plaque of the new project.

Land Links founder and former minister Krishna J Palemar, MRG Group Founder and Chairman K Prakash Shetty, Mayor Jayananda Anchan, former mayor and corporator M Shashidhar Hegde were present as chief guests and wished success to the new venture of Land Trades.

K Shrinath Hebbar, Managing Director of Land Trades, Ramith Kumar, CEO of Land Trades were present.

About the Project : Land Trades Pristine will come up on a 1.30 acre land at Chilimbi and will have 102 super luxury 3BHK and 4BHK apartments measuring 2299 square feet to 3478 square feet.

Pristine will have 5 floors of commercial spaces and 26 floors of residential spaces. The project will have six levels of dedicated car parking for residents and 2 floors of dedicated car parking for commercial spaces.
