Foundation stone laid for Inland Elan luxury apartment

Mangalore, Jun 2, 2012 : The foundation stone for Inland Elan, a deluxe apartment in Mangalore, was laid in Gandhinagar on June 1, Friday. Giridhar Bhat, Mohammed Qamil, and Fr. Frank Rodrigues performed the religious ceremonies according to their respective religions.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Siraj Ahmed, MD of Inland Infrastructure Developers Pvt. Ltd. Mangalore/Bangalore; Meraj Yusuf and Wahaj Yusuf, directors of Inland Infrastructure Developers Pvt. Ltd. Mangalore/Bangalore; Jayaprakash, propery manager for Inland Group; Rohan Monteiro of Property Infratech Pvt. Ltd.; Padmanabha Pai of M/s M. S. Pai; and many others were also present.

The apartment will have 25 apartments spread over 5 floors, an automatic elevator, a generator, intercom facility, fire fighting system, car parking, concrete interlock paving, modular electrical switches, superior designer locks, and kids play area.
