Foot overbridge inaugurated at Kadri Park

Mangaluru, Jan 24, 2023: A foot overbridge constructed at the Kadri Park and a fountain were inaugurated by MLA Vedavyas Kamath on January 23. The foot overbridge has been built at a cost of Rs 43.50 lakhs, A fountain and a water body has been set up at a cost of Rs 47.50 lakhs.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Speaking on the occasion, the MLA said a proposal has been sent  for development of ponds in Mangaluru North and South constituencies at a cost of Rs 30 crores.

MUDA Chairman Ravi Shanker Mijar said efforts would be made to develop other parks in Mangaluru.

Mayor Jayananda Anchan, Deputy Mayor Poornima, former mayor Premananda Shetty and others were present.
