Food poisoning case : FIR lodged against management of pvt hospital’s nursing college

Mangaluru, Feb 07, 2023: An FIR has been registered against the City Hospital and nursing college hostel management board  in connection with the  incident of suspected food poisoning that  left 137 students of the hostel ill. The  FIR was registered based on a complaint lodged at Kadri police station by District Surveillance Officer Dr Jagadish.

 

The complaint has alleged that contaminated food provided to the students at the hostel has made the students ill and the management had erred by not submitting a report to the district administration regarding the incident.
