Flooding outside City Centre Mall creates chaos

Mangalore, Sep 7, 2012 : The vicinity of City Centre Mall was flooded yesterday because of continuous rain and improper drainage facilities.

Traffic and pedestrians alike were unable to move along the road, creating a lot of disturbance and inconvenience outside the mall.

 

 

 

 

 

 

The citizens of Mangalore are worried about negligence on the part of authorities. The city lacks proper storm water drains, owing to which low-lying areas are flooded.
