Fisherman dies in fishing boat accident at Bengre

Mangalore, Mar 22, 2012: A fishing boat accident at Thota Bengre on Thursday afternoon killed one fisherman and severely injured another. 

 

The deceased is Ashraf (32) of Bengre and the injured is Aslam, who is now recovering in a private hospital. 

The fishing boat, which was just about to leave on a fishing trip, turned over. Of the three fishermen on board, one of them escaped unhurt.
