Fire mishap in fishing net godown at old port

Mangaluru, Nov 14, 2022: A fire mishap in a fishing net godown at the old port a Bunder on  Saturday night has resulted in loss of fishing net worth several lakhs  of rupees.

 

Fire tender vehicles rushed to the spot and doused the fire. The mishap took place at around midnight.

Just recently, three cargo boats were gutted in a fire mishap at the port.
