Mangalore, June 3, 2013: Fernhill, a luxury apartment project by the well-known Mohtisham Complexes Pvt Ltd was launched at Nanthur on June 2, Sunday. This is the 50th project of Mohtisham.
State Health and Family Welfare Minister U T Khader, released the project brochure on the occasion. Moidin Bava, MLA, Ivan D’Souza, KPCC Secretary, Sawood, Director, Dharmaraj, Chief Architect, Suresh Ballal, former chief of MUDA, Mohammed Ameen, KCCI President, Anil, DGM of Indian Overseas Bank, Naveen D’Souza, Corporator and Amarnath Shetty, JD(S) leader were present on the occasion.
The 15-floored apartment complex will be located amid picturesque surroundings and will have 102 flats of two, three and four BHK.
Among the various features of the project includes Ayurvedic health centre, swimming pool for adults and children, mini theatre, children’s playground badminton court, jogging track, gym, two modern lifts, sound proof generators, etc.Video door phone facility and CC Camera facility will also be provided in the apartment complex.
