Father-daughter dead as truck rams into two-wheeler at Nantoor circle; driver thrashed

Mangaluru, Mar 18, 2023: A horrific accident at Nantoor Circle wherein a speeding lorry rammed into a two-wheeler claiming the lives of a father and daughter, has been reported on March 18 at 12 noon. The accident  led to furore among local residents who thrashed the lorry driver.

 

The bike riders were waiting at the signal  when the lorry rammed from behind killing both of them on the spot. According to preliminary information the deceased man has been identified as Samuel Jesudas of Balmatta.

Locals also hurled stones at the lorry. The driver has been taken into custody by the police.
