Exhort youth on significance of Konkani language, culture: CA Nandagopal Shenoy

Mangaluru, Oct 24, 2021: The younger generation must be sensitized on the significance of Konkani language and culture, said businessman and chartered accountant Nandagopal Shenoy.

He was speaking after  releasing two Konkani plays "Soone" and "Soone Baala" translated into Konkani by former Konkani Academy President Kasargod Chinna.

Krishna Mandir Trustee Naresh Ramdas Kini received the first copy of the book. Roy Castelino, former president of Konkani Academy,  Theatre artiste Gopinath Bhat,  writer Shakuntala R Kini, author Kasargod Chinna and others were present.
