Ex-Mayor Divakar’s mother passes away

Mangaluru, January 19, 2023: Lalitha Prabhakar (87), mother of Ex-Mayor of Mangalore City Corporation and General Manager of Cardolite Chemicals, K Divakar passed away at her residence in Kadri here on Thursday morning.

Lalitha is wife of Late Prabhakar who was a banker having served in Syndicate Bank.  She is also mother of District Surveillance Officer at Government Wenlock Hospital, Dr Jagadeesh.

She is survived by 2 sons, a daughter and host of relatives including grandson Rithvik Kadri, an entrepreneur.
