Drivers critically injured as 2 lorries collide near Kumble

Kasargod, Jan 24, 2023: The drivers of two lorries sustained serious injuries after their vehicles collided on the National Highway at Arikkady near Kumble on January 24,Tuesday morning.

 

The injured drivers have been rushed to a hospital in Mangaluru after providing initial treatment at a Kumble Hospital. If one lorry was transporting LPG cylinders another was a goods lorry. The cylinder laden lorry veered off the road and fell into a trench laid for erecting pillar.

The accident disrupted vehicular movement on the NH for some time.
