Dharmasthala case: Chinnayya produced in Beltangady court after 12-day SIT custody

Beltangady, Sep 3, 2025: After completing 12 days of SIT custody, Chinnayya was produced before Additional Civil Judge and First Class Judicial Magistrate Vijayendra H.T. at the Beltangady court on Tuesday, September 3, at 3 pm.

Investigating officer Jitendra Kumar Dayama was present during the court proceedings.

Sources indicate that SIT officials may seek an extension of custody for further investigation.
