Dharmasthala Sahakari Bank CEO suicide case : 2 directors booked

Belthangady, May 05, 2021:       Dharmasthala police have registered cases against two directors of the Dharmasthala Seva Sahakari  Bank  on the charges of   abetment of suicide of the Bank’s CEO Ravindran D(57). Those booked are Raghuchandra and  Jayaram Bhandari.

The  cases were registered  following a  complaint lodged by Usha M K, the wife of the deceased on the basis of  a letter written by Ravindran D before committing suicide. A copy of the letter was found in Ravindran’s  mobile.

It is alleged that Ravindran ended his life unable to bear the harassment by the Bank’s directors. It may be recalled here that Ravindran’s body was found  in the Atal Ji Auditorium of the  Bank on Monday afternoon.
