Dharmadhikari Dr Veerendra Heggade visits hospital to enquire health of Oscar Fernandes

Mangaluru, Jul 24, 2021: Dr D Veerendra Heggade, Dharmadhikari of Shree Kshetra Dharmasthala today visited the private hospital in the city where senior Congress leader and Rajya Sabha Member Oscar Fernandes is undergoing treatment. Dr Heggade enquired about the health condition of  Oscar who is being treated at the Intensive Care Unit after he fell down while  practising Yoga at his home last Sunday.

Later, speaking to media persons, Dr Heggade, said  Oscar Fernandes is a leader who is close to the Nehru family and  rose to great heights in state  and national politics. The nation still needs his service, Dr Heggade said and prayed for his early recovery.

Congress leaders Vinaykumar Sorake, Ramanath Rai, M A Gafur, Shashidhar Hegde, Naveen D’Souza and others were present.
