Deputy Lokayukta inspects Varamballi waste unit, Kaup dumping yard

Udupi, March 8, 2025: Deputy Lokayukta Justice B Veerappa along with his team raided several places in Udupi, Brahmavar and Kaup on Saturday morning.

He visited the waste disposal unit at Varamballi and expressed his resentment over the discrepancies prevailing there and directed the police to register cases against the officials responsible for the same.

 

He also visited the APMC yard and expressed his displeasure over the lack of drinking water facilities and the absence of proper and clean lavatories.

The Deputy Lokayukta also visited the Kaup dumping yard and took exception to the disorderly situation prevailing there.
