Deep sea fishing boats from Mangaluru stoned near Kanyakumari; few injured

Mangaluru, Feb 14, 2023: It has been learnt that a few deep sea fishing boats that ventured into fishing from Mangaluru, were stoned  near Kanyakumari of Tamil Nadu. The stone pelting has injured seven to eight fishermen on board these boats.

 

The incident occurred  when seven to eight boats from Mangaluru were engaged in fishing near Kanyakumari. It is learnt these boats were surrounded by boats which had fishermen who were speaking Tamil. The stoning incident has also been captured by some fishermen in their mobile phones.
