DK reports 525 fresh Covid-19 cases and Udupi reports 166, 12 deaths in twin districts

Mangaluru, Jun 21, 2021: Dakshina Kannada district recorded 525 fresh Covid-19 positive cases on Sunday. With this the total cases recorded in the district rose to 88,707.

 

583 More Covid patients discharged on Sunday, taking the total number of recoveries to 80,530. The district has 7,126 active cases. A total of 1,051 deaths have occurred so far, including 11 on Sunday.

Udupi

Udupi disrict has reported 166 fresh cases on Sunday, with this total cases recorded in the district rose to 65,356.

The district has 1,870 active cases. As many as 190 patients were discharged on Sunday, taking the total number of recoveries to 63,114.

A total of 372 deaths have occured so far, including 1 on Sunday.
