DK reports 1,006 fresh Covid-19 cases and Udupi reports 188, 18 deaths in twin districts

Mangaluru, Jun 18, 2021: Dakshina Kannada district recorded 1,006 fresh Covid-19 positive cases on Friday. With this the total cases recorded in the district rose to 87,350.

 

665 More Covid patients discharged on Friday. The district has 6,931 active cases. A total of 1,024 deaths have occurred so far, including 15 on Friday.

Udupi

Udupi disrict has reported 188 fresh cases on Friday, with this total cases recorded in the district rose to 65,016.

The district has 2,167 active cases. As many as 330 patients were discharged on Friday, taking the total number of recoveries to 62,800.

A total of 369 deaths have occured so far, including 3 on Friday.
