DC asks officials to expedite EPIC-Aadhar linking

Mangaluru, Aug 18, 2022: Deputy Commissioner Dr Rajendra K V has directed officials to expedite the process of linking EPIC (Elector’s Photo Identity Card) with Aadhar card as per the orders of the Union Government and the Election Commission.

 

ZP CEO Dr Kumar who was also present in the meeting chaired by the Deputy Commissioner  on Wednesday  said a registration campaign for linking EPIC with Aadhar card will be held on August 21 and directed  all BLOs to be present on that day at poll booths from 10 am to 5 pm.

Additional DC Krishnamurthi, Assistant Commissioner Madan Mohan and other officials were present.
