mohan 2011 nov 29 Mangalore, Nov 28, 2011: Mohan Kumar alias Cyanide Mohan, who is alleged to have married several girls before poisoning them with cyanide the following day and taking possession of their gold ornaments, is now also accused of cheating several lady teachers and banks by receiving loans from them and not repaying them.

Mohan allegedly made 9 fake rubber stamps, which he used to cheat banks and individuals. He used these seals to create fake salary certificates, forged the signatures of school headmasters and block education officers, and used these fake certificates to apply for bank loans.

Simultaneously, he convinced some of his women co-workers to be guarantors for them. Since he did not repay these loans, the women had to repay them.

Reportedly, one of his colleagues had to repay a loan of Rs. 1,50,000 taken by Mohan and other guarantors are still repaying some of his loans.

On Nov 26 Saturday, officials testified in court that all the 9 rubber seals found in the house of Mohan’s wife were fake. They bore names of block education officers in Puttur, Bantwal, and Belthangady and the names of headmasters of some schools.
