Customs officials at MIA seize gold worth Rs 4.01 cr in November

Mangaluru, Oct 03, 2022: Customs officials of the Mangaluru International Airport have in different cases seized 7,692 gram gold worth Rs 4,01,18,280 between November 1 and 30. In this connection as many as 10 people have been taken into custody.

 

The gold was found concealed in LED bulb, watch, mobile phone, keypad, beeding of trolley bag, coffee maker motor, silver plated   plate, powder, paste form, two layer banian, socks, undergarments and also in rectum.
