Cruelty to dog ; man arrested by cops

Mangaluru, April 23, 2021:      Police have arrested one  of the two accused who were  seen  dragging a dog  on the road by tying its two legs to the rear of their motorbike.

The incident which took place near NITK Suratkal  on April 15 was captured in a mobile camera by a passerby. He later even lodged a complaint at Suratkal station following which one of the  accused was arrested within half an hour.
