Corona Curfew : Check-posts to be set up at prominent junctions of Udupi, Manipal

Udupi, April 09, 2021:     Udupi District Superintendent of Police Vishnuvardhan has said that measures would be taken towards strict enforcement of Corona Curfew in Udupi Manipal towns from  April 10, Saturday night. He said check posts will be set up  at prominent junctions.

 

Speaking to reporters here on April 9, Friday he said the police would increase their night rounds during Corona Curfew and will also keep an eye on  tourist spots. Time will also be fixed to shut down hotels, restaurants and pubs well before the curfew hours commence, he added.

 He said the police would also hold consultations with Deputy Commissioners of DK and Udupi to strive towards the effective implementation of Corona Curfew.
