Parameshwar, the Congress leader, predicted that the BJP-led state government will soon be dissolved owing to the endless internal conflicts within the BJP.

Criticizing the BJP-led state government, Dr. Parameshwar said that the government is least interested in the welfare of the people. Referring to the relationship between the BJP high command and former chief minister B. S. Yeddyurappa, which has now gone sour, Dr. Parameshwar said that Nithin Gadkari should not have told the former chief minister to leave the party if he wished.

Expressing sympathy for Yeddyurappa, he said that such a comment does not behoove the national president of the BJP.

Voicing his opinions regarding the porn-viewing scandal, the Congress leader said that investigation is not necessary as the guilty ministers were caught by media cameras watching porn clips in assembly. He said that all the three ministers should be disqualified for their offense.

He also expressed confidence that Jayaprakash Hegde, the party’s candidate for the upcoming Udupi – Chikmagalur Lok Sabha by polls, will surely win.
