Congress has fallen into disgrace - Eshwarappa

Mangalore, Oct 24: State BJP President K. S. Eshwarappa said that the Congress party will slip deeper into disgrace in future if it persists in creating obstacles to development. He was addressing reporters during his private visit to Mangalore on Saturday.

Criticizing the Congress, he said that the party has always hindered development in one way or the way, spending most of its time criticizing the ruling party when it launches developmental projects. He added that the BJP-led state government will not bow down to any pressure from opposition parties.

Flaying the opposition parties further for their relationship with the disqualified legislators, Eshwarappa said that the curses of the wives of MLAs who could not celebrate Vijayadashami with their families will destroy Congress as well as JD(S).
