Congress does not lack unity, allegation is BJP’s anti-propaganda, says Khader

Mangaluru, Sep 24, 2022: MLA and Deputy Leader of Opposition U T Khader who criticised the BJP for alleging that the Congress lacked unity, said the allegation was nothing but an agenda of anti-propaganda.

 

Speaking to reporters here on September 24, Saturday, he said  both DK Shivakumar and Siddaramaiah are  having a cordial relationship and added that the BJP which does not have anything good to boast of regarding its development, is  making such allegation to create confusion.

He said though many leaders might have quit the Congress, the party has always remained committed to its principles.

He said the Bharath Jodo Yatra of Rahul Gandhi will arrive in the state this month end and added that this was a historic Padayatra aimed at building bonds of friendship between people.

On the controversy over PayCM posters put up by the Congress, Khader questioned if the BJP has not put up anything against Congress leaders in social media. Let there be a probe even into that, he said.
