Changes in train services for track maintenance works in Thiruvananthapuram division

Mangaluru, July 4, 2025: To facilitate track maintenance works in the Thiruvananthapuram division on various days, the following changes were made to the train services.
CANCELLATION OF TRAIN SERVICE
1. Train No. 56605 Shoranur Junction - Thrissur Passenger journey commencing on 19th & 28th July 2025 from Shoranur Junction will be fully cancelled.
SHORT TERMINATION OF TRAIN SERVICES
1. Train No. 16649 Mangaluru Central – Kanyakumari Parasuram Express journey commencing on 06th & 07th July 2025 from Mangaluru Central will be short terminated at Thiruvananthapuram Central. This train service will be partially cancelled between Thiruvananthapuram Central and Kanyakumari.
2. Train No 12695 Dr MGR Chennai Central – Thiruvananthapuram Central Superfast Express journey commencing on 25th July 2025 from Dr MGR Chennai Central will be short terminated at Kottayam. This train service will be partially cancelled between Kottayam and Dr MGR Chennai Central.
CHANGE OF ORIGIN TO TRAIN SERVICES
1. Train No. 16650 Kanyakumari – Mangaluru Central Parasuram Express journey commencing on 07th & 08th July 2025 from Kanyakumari at 03.45 hrs will be originating its journey from Thiruvananthapuram Central at its scheduled departure time of 06.15 hrs on the same day. This train service will be partially cancelled between Kanyakumari and Thiruvananthapuram Central.
2. Train No. 12696 Thiruvananthapuram Central – Dr MGR Chennai Central Superfast Express journey commencing on 26th July 2025 from Thiruvananthapuram Central at 17.15 hrs will be originating its journey from Kottayam at its scheduled departure time of 20.05 hrs on the same day. This train service will be partially cancelled between Thiruvananthapuram Central and Kottayam.
3. Train No. 16609 Thrissur – Kannur Express journey commencing on 29th July 2025 from Thrissur at 06.45 hrs will be originating its journey from Shoranur Junction at its scheduled departure time of 07.30 hrs on the same day. This train service will be partially cancelled between Thrissur and Shoranur Junction.
RESCHEDULING OF TRAIN SERVICE
1. Train No. 12645 Ernakulam Junction – Hazrat Nizamuddin Junction Millennium Weekly Superfast Express journey commencing on 19th July 2025 from Ernakulam Junction at 19.10 hrs will be rescheduled to depart at 20.50 hrs on the same day. (Late by 01 hour 40 minutes)
REGULATION OF TRAIN SERVICES
1. Train No. 16348 Mangaluru Central – Thiruvananthapuram Central Express journey commencing on 19th, 24th, 30th July 2025 & 02nd, 10th August 2025 from Mangaluru Central will be regulated by 01 hour 30 minutes en-route.
2. Train No. 16344 Madurai Junction – Thiruvananthapuram Central Amrita Express journey commencing on 19th, 24th, 30th July 2025 from Madurai Junction will be regulated by 40 minutes en-route.
3. Train No. 16350 Nilambur Road – Thiruvananthapuram North Rajyarani Express journey commencing on 24th, 30th July 2025 from Nilambur Road will be regulated by 35 minutes en-route.
4. Train No. 12624 Thiruvananthapuram Central – Dr MGR Chennai Central Superfast Express journey commencing on 19th July 2025 from Thiruvananthapuram Central will be regulated by 01 hour 25 minutes en-route.
5. Train No. 16312 Thiruvananthapuram North – Shri Ganganagar Weekly Express journey commencing on 19th July 2025 from Thiruvananthapuram North will be regulated by 40 minutes en-route.
6. Train No. 16316 Thiruvananthapuram North – Mysuru Junction Express journey commencing on 19th July 2025 from Thiruvananthapuram North will be regulated by 30 minutes en-route.
7. Train No. 22114 Thiruvananthapuram North – Lokmanya Tilak (T) Bi-Weekly Superfast Express journey commencing on 21st & 24th July 2025 from Thiruvananthapuram North will be regulated by 40 minutes en-route.
