Changes in train services due to track doubling works between Jokatte and Thokur

Mangaluru, Oct 27, 2025: To facilitate the track doubling works between Jokatte and Thokur in the Southern Railway on multiple days, the following changes are made to the train services:
RESCHEDULING OF THE TRAIN SERVICE
Train No. 02197 Coimbatore Junction – Jabalpur Weekly Special Superfast Express journey commencing on 03rd November 2025 from Coimbatore Junction at 17.05 hrs is rescheduled to depart at 19.35 hrs on the same day, late by 02 hours 30 minutes.
SHORT TERMINATION OF THE TRAIN SERVICE
Train No. 12133 Mumbai CSMT - Mangaluru Junction Superfast Express journey commencing on 08th November 2025 from Mumbai CSMT will be short-terminated at Surathkal. This train service will be partially cancelled between Surathkal and Mangaluru Junction.
CHANGE OF ORIGINATION TO THE TRAIN SERVICE
Train No. 12134 Mangaluru Junction - Mumbai CSMT Superfast Express journey commencing on 09th November 2025 from Mangaluru Junction at 14.00 hrs will originate its journey from Surathkal at its scheduled departure time of 14.35 hrs on the same day. This train service will be partially cancelled between Mangaluru Junction and Surathkal.
REGULATION OF THE TRAIN SERVICES
1. Train No. 19578 Jamnagar – Tirunelveli Junction Bi-Weekly Express journey commencing on 31st October 2025 from Jamnagar will be regulated by 30 minutes en- route.
2. Train No. 19578 Jamnagar – Tirunelveli Junction Bi-Weekly Express journey commencing on 01st November 2025 from Jamnagar will be regulated by 01 hour 40 minutes en- route.
3. Train No. 16345 Lokmanya Tilak (T) - Thiruvananthapuram Central Nethravathi Express journey commencing on 03rd November 2025 from Lokmanya Tilak (T) will be regulated by 01 hour en- route.
4. Train No. 11098 Ernakulam Junction – Pune Junction Weekly Express journey commencing on 03rd November 2025 from Ernakulam Junction will be regulated by 02 hours 30 minutes en- route.
5. Train No. 16586 Murdeshwar - SMVB Bengaluru Express journey commencing on 09th November 2025 from Murdeshwar will be regulated by 02 hours en- route.
