Change in train services from May 20

May 16, 2023: To facilitate the track renewal work in  Aluva - Angamali section in Thiruvananthapuram Division, the following changes have been made in the train services as detailed below:

 

Cancellation

1. The service of Train No. 12202 Kochuveli - Lokmanya Tilak Terminus Garib Rath Bi-Weekly Express  journey commencing on  21st  May 2023 will be fully cancelled.

2. The service of Train No. 12201 Lokmanya Tilak Terminus - Kochuveli Garib Rath Bi-Weekly Express journey commencing on  22nd May  2023 will be fully cancelled.

3. The service of Train No.16650 Nagercoil – Mangaluru Central Parasuram Express journey commencing on  21st  May  2023 will be fully cancelled.

4. The service of Train No. 16649 Mangaluru Central – Nagercoil Parasuram Express  journey commencing on  20th May  2023 will be fully cancelled.

5. The service of Train No.16350  Nilambur Road - Kochuveli Rajya Rani Express journey commencing on  22nd  May  2023 will be fully cancelled.

6. The service of Train No.16349  Kochuveli - Nilambur Road Rajya Rani Express journey commencing on  21st   May  2023 will be fully cancelled.

7. The service of Train No.16344 Madurai Junction -Thiruvananthapuram Central Amritha Express journey commencing on  22nd  May  2023 will be fully cancelled.

8. The service of Train No. 16343 Thiruvananthapuram Central – Madurai Amritha Express journey commencing on  21st  May  2023 will be fully cancelled.

Partial Cancellation

1. The service of Train No. 16302 Thiruvananthapuram Central – Shoranur Junction Venad Express  leaving Thiruvananthapuram Central on 21.05.2023 will  be partially cancelled between Ernakulam Junction and Shoranur Junction .

2. The service of Train No. 16301 Shoranur Junction  - Thiruvananthapuram Central Venad Express  leaving Shoranur Junction  on 21.05.2023 will  be partially cancelled between  Shoranur Junction and Ernakulam Junction.

3. The service of  Train No. 12617 Ernakulam Junction - Hazrat Nizamuddin Mangala Lakshadweep Express leaving Ernakulam Junction on 21.05.2023 will  be partially cancelled between Ernakulam Junction and Thrissur.

4. The service of Train No. 06797 Palakkad Junction- Ernakulam Junction MEMU Special  leaving Palakkad Junction  on 21.05.2023 will  be partially cancelled between Chalakudi  and Ernakulam Junction.  

5. The service of Train No. 06798 Ernakulam Junction - Palakkad Junction MEMU Special leaving Ernakulam Junction  on 21.05.2023 will  be partially cancelled between Ernakulam Junction and Chalakudi.

6. The service of Train No. 16306 Kannur – Ernakulam Express leaving Kannur on 22.05.2023 will be partially cancelled between Thrissur  and Ernakulam Junction.

7. The service of  Train No. 16325 Nilambur Road – Kottayam Unreserved Daily Express leaving Nilambur Road on 22.05.2023 will be partially cancelled between Angamali and Kottayam.

Rescheduling

1.  The service of  Train No. 17229 Thiruvananthapuram Central – Secunderabad Junction Daily Sabari Express, scheduled to leave Thiruvananthapuram Central  at 06.45 hrs., rescheduled to leave Thiruvananthapuram Central at 12.00 hrs.(5 hours and 15 minute late) on 21st May 2023.

2.  The service of Train No.16346 Thiruvananthapuram Central - Lokmanya Tilak Terminus Netravati Express (Daily) scheduled to leave Thiruvananthapuram Central  at 09.15 hrs., rescheduled to leave Thiruvananthapuram Central at 12.15 hrs.(3 hours late) on 21st May 2023.

3. The service of  Train No. 20909 Kochuveli – Porbandar Weekly Superfast scheduled to leave Kochuveli at 11.10 hrs., rescheduled to leave Kochuveli at 12.45 hrs.  (1 hour and 35 minutes late) on 21st May 2023.

4. The service of Train No. 16307 Alappuzha -Kannur Express scheduled to leave Alappuzha at 14.50 hrs., rescheduled to leave  Alappuzha at 15.30 hrs.  (40 minutes late) on 21st May 2023.

5. The service of Train No. 16348 Mangaluru Central - Thiruvananthapuram Central  Daily  Express scheduled to leave Mangaluru Central at 14.25 hrs. rescheduled to leave Mangaluru Central at 18.40 hrs.  (4 hours and 15 minutes late) on 22nd  May 2023.

6.  The service of Train No. 16603 Mangaluru Central – Thiruvananthapuram Central Maveli Daily Express scheduled to leave Mangaluru Central at 17.30 hrs. rescheduled to leave Mangaluru Central at 19.45 hrs.  (2 hours and 15 minutes late) on 22nd  May 2023.

7. The service of Train No. 18189 Tata Nagar – Ernakulam Junction Bi- Weekly Express scheduled to leave Tata Nagar at 05.15 hrs. rescheduled to leave Tata Nagar at 08.45 hrs. (3 hours and 30 minutes late) on 21st  May 2023.

Regulation

1. The service of Train No.16331 Mumbai CSMT -Thiruvananthapuram Central  Express will be regulated by  One hour and 15 minutes on 21st May 2023.

2. The service of  Train No. 12695 Dr MGR Chennai Central – Thiruvananthapuram Central Superfast Daily Express will be regulated by 15 minutes on 22nd May 2023.

3. The service of Train No.16630 Mangaluru Central  - Thiruvananthapuram Central Malabar Express will be regulated by 15 minutes on 22nd May 2023.

Diversion

1. The service of  Train No.16382 Kanniyakumari – Pune  Daily Express journey commencing on 21st  May, 2023 will be to run via Tirunelveli, Dindigul, Erode . The train will skip its scheduled stoppages at Eraniel, Kulithurai, Parassala, Neyyattinkara, Thiruvananthapuram Central, Chirayinkeezh, Kadakavur, Varkala Sivagiri, Paravur, Kollam, Karunagapalli, Kayankulam Junction, Mavelikkara, Chengannur, Tiruvalla, Changanassery, Kottayam, Ernakulam Town, Aluva, Angamali, Chalakkudi, Irinjalakuda, Thrissur, Wadakkanchery, Ottapalam Palakkad Junction, Coimbatore and Tiruppur.

Additional stoppage will be provided at Tirunelveli, Madurai and Dindigul.
