Car-bike collision near Halady : Rider dies

Kundapur, Oct 4, 2013 :  A two-wheeler  rider  lost his life  in a head-on collision between his Honda Activa and a car  near Guddeangady  at Halady in Kundapur taluk on October 3, Thursday night. If the car was heading towards Halady from Kundapur, the two-wheeler was proceeding on the other direction.

The deceased is Bhoju (34), son of Bacha Naik of Ultur village. Bhoju who was a mason was returning home  after his work when the mishap took place. The impact of the collision was such that the car overturned. The driver however fled the scene of the accident. The deceased Bhoju was married just two and a half years ago and has a one year old girl child.

Kota police have registered a case.
