CPI (M) worker’s murder case: Accused youth surrenders before court

Kasargod, Sep 20, 2013: A youth named Prajith (26) of Aryadukkath near Mangad who was considered one of the accused in the recent case of murder of CPI (M) worker MB Balakrishnan  has surrendered before the Hosadurga Judicial First Class Magistrate Court(II) on September 19, Thursday.

 

Prajith worked as a truck crew and has been remanded to judicial custody for two week. Police are also on the look out for two other accused in the case.

It may be recalled here that Balakrishnan was brutally hacked to death by some men  near the Govt School at Bara near Mangad while he was returning home on September 16 at 8 pm.
