Byndoor police seize illegally stocked kerosene oil; arrest one person

Kundapur, Dec 14, 2013: Acting on a tip off, the Byndoor police  raided a  building close by the Shiroor branch of Vijaya bank and seized illegally stocked kerosene oil.  A person named Mohan Poojari who was found there has been arrested.

         

The seized goods include 21 cans of 35 litre capacity with blue kerosene oil in them, one can of colourless 35 litres of kerosene oil, 8 barrels of kerosene oil each  of a capacity of 200 litres and several empty cans. The value of the seized goods is said to be around 40,000. A case has been registered in Byndoor police station.
