Brake failure : Tempo rams into bus shelter at Kulshekhar

Mangalore, March 27, 2013 : The driver of a tempo escaped with minor injuries when the vehicle suffered a brake failure near Kulshekhar in the outskirts of the city on March 27, Wednesday morning and rammed against a nearby bus shelter.
The incident took place at around 6.45 am. A major casualty was however averted as luckily, there was no one in the bus shelter in the early hours. The tempo first hit against an electric pole before it rammed against the bus shelter.
Though a house was also located close by, no damage has been reported.
