Body of drowned Manipal student traced

Malpe, Sep 26, 2022: The body of one of the three students who drowned at Hoode Beach on Sunday, has been traced nearby on Monday.

 

The deceased is Srikar (21) of Hyderabad. On Sunday evening a total of 15 students of Manipal ICAS had come to the beach when three had drowned. Though two of them namely Nishanth (21) and Shanmuga (21) were immediately brought out and rushed to the hospital, they had breathed their last enroute.

However, the body of Srikar could not be traced on Sunday.
