Biker seriously injured after skidding on NH-66 in Kundapur

Kundapur, September 16, 2025: A motorcyclist sustained serious injuries after his bike skidded on National Highway 66 near the embankment between Tallur and Jaladi on Sunday, September 15, around 6:10 pm.

The injured man, believed to be between 50 and 55 years old, is reportedly a resident of Bengaluru. He was riding a Yamaha RX 100 (registration number KA 09 E 8394) and was traveling from Byndoor towards Kundapur when the accident occurred.

Slippery road conditions following evening rain are suspected to have caused the mishap. Passersby on the highway quickly came to his aid and arranged for an ambulance, which transported him to a nearby hospital. He is said to have suffered serious injuries.
