Bid to mow down man; complaint against teacher wife and colleague

Bantwal, Jan 27, 2024: An incident wherein a teacher, along with her colleague attempted to kill her husband by mowing him down with a car has been reported from Melkar in Panemangalore. The husband is presently admitted to hospital following chest pain.

 

As per the complaint lodged by Kishore Kumar Bolar, a photographer with a media house, police have registered a case against his wife Shuba and her colleague Shivaprasad Shetty.

It is learnt, Shubha had filed for divorce against her husband and Kishore had brought about a stay for the same. Shubha had also lodged a petition staking claim on the house owned by Kishore at Sara Arcade in Melkar.

It is learnt on January 23, Shubha, Shivaprasad and two others had threatened Kishore while he was at his house and had demanded that he vacated the house. Later Kishore had also objected Shubha laying her hands on the keys of the house. Following this the accused had tried to mow down Kishore.

The couple has a 12 year old daughter.
