Belthangady: POCSO case filed against BJP leader Rajesh for alleged molestation of minor girl

Belthangady, June 6, 2024: A case under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act has been lodged against BJP leader Rajesh for allegedly attempting to molest a minor girl amidst a fight within the Dharmasthala police station limits.

The accused faces charges of molestation, verbal abuse, and violation of POCSO regulations. Rajesh, identified as the ST Morcha President of Beltangady BJP, has been named as the suspect in this incident.

The Dharmasthala police have taken action by registering the case against Rajesh.M.K. on June 5.
