Belthangady: Mother and her 9-month-old infant goes missing

Belthangady, March 26, 2024: A report has emerged from Karyathadka, Kalenja, indicating the disappearance of a woman and her nine-month-old child. The missing individual is identified as Jayashree (29), wife of Venkappa Gowda, a resident of Karyathadka. Her infant child is named Rushika.

On the night of March 22, Jayashree slept with her two children in her room, while Venkappa Gowda slept in the house hall. However, upon waking the next morning, Venkappa Gowda discovered that his wife and their nine-month-old child were missing.

In response to Venkappa Gowda’s complaint, a case has been lodged at the Dharmasthala police station regarding this matter.
