Belthangady : Labourer electrocuted in Padmunja village

Belthangady, Aug 07, 2021: A daily wage labourer was electrocuted after he accidentally stepped on a live electric wire that had fallen on the road at Poyya in Padmunja village on August 7, Saturday.

 

The deceased person is Nanyappa Poojary (55). He was on way to a chicken shop in Uppinangady  where he worked, when tragedy struck.

Some people passing through that road noticed Nanyappa lying motionless  and informed his family.
