Belthangady: Coconut tree catches fire due to lightning strike

Belthangady, May 16, 2024: A coconut tree caught fire due to lightning strike during rains accompanied by strong winds at Koyyur in Belthangady taluk.

 

The coconut tree belonged to Lokayya Gowda. The  coconut tree was burnt in a matter of a few seconds.
