Beltangady: Unidentified man’s body found in Ujire market

Beltangady, June 25, 2025: An unidentified man’s dead body was found on Tuesday in Ujire market area, and a case has been registered at the Beltangady police station.

The body was discovered by local gram panchayat staff, who alerted the police. The deceased is estimated to be between 45 and 50 years old. The words “G MAHESH” are tattooed on his left hand and “ABGTK” on his right hand.

Police have requested that the deceased’s relatives, if any, come forward and contact the Beltangady police station.
