Bantwal: Autorickshaw driver dies in car-auto collision

Bantwal, Sep 23, 2023: An autorickshaw driver lost his life when a speeding car collided with his vehicle at Kadabettu Cross near Vagga on September 23, Saturday.

 

The deceased is Vinayaka Pai of Kempugudde. He was on way to a hotel at Vagga to bring breakfast for the labourers working in his house, when tragedy struck.

The WagonR car which was heading towards Mangaluru from Belthangady rammed into his autorickshaw seriously injuring Vinayaka Pai. Though he was immediately rushed to the hospital, he breathed his last before reaching the hospital.

Melkar Traffic Police have registered a case.
