BJP celebrates victory in 3 states

Mangalore, Mar 6, 2012: The district unit of the Bharathiya Janatha Party (BJP) celebrated its victory in Goa, Uttarkhand, and Punjab by bursting crackers and distributing sweets in front of the district BJP office near PVS circle today. 

Expressing confidence that the NDA combination will win in the upcoming Lok Sabha polls, Padmanabha Kottary, the president of the district BJP, said that Indians are tired of the Congress’ anti-people policies and have therefore rejected the Congress as unfit to rule. 

Shrikar Prabhu, the president of the city unit of the BJP; Monappa Bhandary, the former president of the district unit of the BJP; and Nithin Kumar, the chairman of the Karnataka State Fisheries Development Corporation (KSFDC), were also present.
