Assault case on lawyer : Punjalakatte SI transferred

Belthangady, Dec 08, 2022: The Inspector of Punjalakatte police station  K P Sutesh who was facing charges of assaulting advocate Kuldeep Shetty, has been transferred to the SP office.

 

It may be recalled here that the lawyers’ fraternity had staged protests demanding action against the cops who had allegedly assaulted Kuldeep.

It was alleged that the Punjalakatte police had barged into the house of Shetty and committed  atrocities on the latter in a case pertaining to a property dispute.
